Project Objective or Need

The client wanted to partner with Dataworks because they required data processing services for survey forms so that it could be easily accessible. The aim was to collect data about the potential clients from the forms. They were looking for someone to process about 35,000 forms in two weeks’ time with accuracy, so that it could help with lead generation. The client was looking to update the database that held customer information.

Key Issues addressed during the Project

Collecting and analyzing the data was time consuming and boring. We needed to process, clean and validate the data collected. We also had to process a huge volume of data quickly, thus speeding up the process of delivering quality accurate data.

The data captured was in the raw format, from structured as well as unstructured forms and we had to format it for better access. We also had to ensure that the processed data is accurate, free from errors, bugs and cost effective. To add on to it some of the data was collected from handwritten forms.
